Volunteers needed for asthma management education sessions

Learn how to best manage your asthma in one 90-minute workshop!

Eligibility requirements

You must:

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Have a previous diagnosis of asthma

This project is anonymous and no personally identifying information will be collected from you.

What you have to do

  • Attend one educational workshop between Jan. 21 and Feb. 3 – see list of available sessions below.
  • Take a pre-test and do three peak flow monitor measurements
  • Listen to a 30-minute presentation on asthma self-management
  • Take a post-test and do three peak flow monitor measurements

Your participation will take no longer than 90 minutes.
