How to Make an Appointment
We encourage students to schedule appointments in advance using an advanced access appointment style system. This will save you time and allow us to be more efficient in serving you. Our goal is to provide "same day" appointments, if at all possible.
Appointments for regular evaluation, chronic problems and follow-ups may be made by calling (352) 392-1161 and pushing "2". It is recommended to call as early in the day as possible. For emergency care, please call 911. Students who "stop by" our facility to be seen will also be given an appointment time with a primary care provider.
You may also be asked to complete a Health History Profile. In an effort to save time during your visit, you may want to download and complete a copy to bring with you.

If you have questions about your medication or need to speak to a pharmacist, you can call toll-free 1-866-941-1760 during normal business hours.
We also have an acute care and trauma clinic for urgent illness/injury situations when coming in immediately is important. Urgent problems may also be seen in the primary care team on a walk-in basis after consultation with a nurse.
Beginning Fall 2008, patients may be charged a no show fee if they fail to arrive before the end of the scheduled appointment or fails to cancel within 24 hours of certain types of appointments such as mental health, minor surgery, specialty clinic and women’s clinic.
