2009 Influenza A H1N1 Information
The symptoms of swine flu, also known as 2009 H1N1 Influenza, are similar to regular seasonal influenza and include fever (greater than 100), sore throat, cough, stuffy nose, chills, headache and body aches, and fatigue. Visit UF's H1N1 main information site for further details.

Schedule your appointment at least 6 to 8 weeks before departure. There is an initial consultation fee. This fee is waived when students receive immunizations. Vaccine prices vary.
Current UF faculty, staff and registered students may obtain the following immunizations (click to view the CDC's Vaccine Information Statement):
Menactra (for Meningococcal Meningitis)
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis(Tdap)
Prior to making an appointment with the Travel Clinic, you may want to go to http://www.cdc.gov/travel or http://www.tripprep.com and see what vaccines may be required or recommended.
