How to receive ongoing treatment
Bring our Welcome to the Allergy Clinic document to your current allergist. Once your allergist assembles the required paperwork, call the SHCC Allergy Clinic to schedule your initial orientation appointment. If you have never been seen in the SHCC, complete our Health History Questionnaire and bring it with you to your first appointment.
- NOTE: A fee applies for allergy injections; please verify coverage with your insurance company. For additional information, visit our Fees and Insurance area.
