Salma Rawof, MD
Dr. Rawof is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She completed her medical school and residency at McMaster University in Canada, where she was awarded the College of Family Physicians of Canada Leadership Award. She has since worked as an attending physician at Markham Stouffvile Urgent Care. She is also the designated physician for the English Language Institute (ELI) program. She has an interest in research and teaching and serves as a Clinical Preceptor for medical students.
Susan Greishaw, ARNP
Sue Greishaw earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Villa Maria College and a Master of Science in Medical-Surgical Nursing from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. She earned a post-master’s certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Florida College of Nursing and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Sheryl Heinicka, DNP, FNP-BC, ARNP
Sheryl Heinicka, who joined the SHCC in 2001, is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Piedmont Virginia Community College and her Bachelor of Science from the Medical College of Virginia – Virginia Commonwealth University. After 10 years of nursing in the Emergency Room, Community Health and Home Health areas, she received her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialty in Home Health Nursing/Family Practitioner in 1996 from the University of Virginia. Sheryl received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Chatham University in 2014. She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1996 and functions with clinical and administrative duties. She also serves as a Clinical Preceptor for nurse practitioner students from the University of Florida College of Nursing.
